  Do not buy any condo that is run by Dickinson. They are an awful company.Worst company ever!! Steer clear! At my complex we have countless construction liens because they haven't paid the workers. The conflicts of interest are crazy! Also a cousin of two board members ( a husband and a wife) is now on site doing the work! And has employed a number of board members making lots of money from the owners!.
